The stop light at Third and Walnut Streets by the Jackson County Library should be back in working condition this afternoon. The barrier in front of the library will be removed at the time the light is turned on, and traffic flow return a two-way street. Mayor David Stewart encourages everyone to use caution at the light since it has not been in use for many months.
