The Newport Economic Development Commission, the Newport Area Chamber of Commerce, D.R.I.V.E. and other local economic development groups have released the annual combined development plan called the 2016 FOCUS. The plan outlines a coordinated development effort undertaken by the various groups in town along with outlining responsibilities for each group.
