We are looking for a motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T team in Newport. This role focuses on helping customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering a positive in-store experience.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Assist customers with AT&T products and services, including phones, plans, and accessories
Explain features, promotions, and pricing in a clear and honest way
Process sales, upgrades, and account changes accurately
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Handle basic troubleshooting and customer questions
Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and hard-working
Willingness to learn and be trained
Flexible schedule with rotating Sundays
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience:

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Paid training provided for the right candidate
Pay detail:

Hourly pay + commission
