Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Sales professional to join our team! Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent phone etiquette.
Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records.
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and assist with basic financial recordkeeping and invoicing.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedule management to ensure efficient time utilization for staff and clients.
Assist in customer support by responding promptly to inquiries, providing information about services or products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with attention to detail.
Support sales efforts by maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and assisting with sales documentation.
Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking.
Strong office management skills with experience in clerical duties and administrative support.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management.
Knowledge of office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Personal assistant experience or previous office experience is advantageous for understanding workflow dynamics.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
