Duties

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering procedures
Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and account inquiries using financial software
Support loan processing by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with bank policies
Maintain accurate cash management records and perform regular cash register reconciliations
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear information about products, services, and financial options
Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
Basic math skills, including proficiency in 10 key typing and retail math calculations
Familiarity with banking operations or financial services is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain complex financial concepts
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management duties confidently
Knowledge of financial software systems used for transactions and loan processing is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
