Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a crucial role in the milling/lathing and inspecting of steel products produced by the Forge/Swage operations.

Job Duties:

Mill/Lathe each part to print specifications.
Inspect and reject any part that does not meet print specifications.
Load machine with steel product properly securing part.
Check milling/lathing tolerances once product has been milled/lathed.
Inspect and change out mill/lathe tool and inserts as needed.
Follow all work instructions posted at station.
Keep work area neat and organized
Fill in on press crew when needed.
Any job deemed necessary by the supervisor or group leader.
Observe all safety rules and guidelines.

What you need to be successful:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid ID or Driver’s License
Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Be able to lift or move at least 50lbs
